学龄期儿童意外伤害心理行为评估的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨学龄期意外伤害儿童心理行为评估及相关因素。方法:采用Achenback儿童行为量表(CBCL)及艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对75例意外伤害儿童(伤害组)及75例正常儿童(对照组)进行测试。结果:EPQ的P、E、N分量表伤害组得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),而L分量表得分对照组高于伤害组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。伤害组男孩在多动、攻击性、违纪、焦虑、社会退缩、体诉6个因子,女孩在多动、违纪、攻击性、体诉、社会退缩、残忍6个因子中得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:意外伤害儿童性格、行为问题较多,为多因素综合作用的结果,提示建立心理行为全程干预模式,提高儿童健康水平和生命质量。 Objective: To explore the assessment of psychological behavior of school - aged children with accidental injuries and study the related factors. Methods : Achenback Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire ( EPQI were used to run a test of 75 children with accidental injury ( injury group ) and 75 normal children ( control group) respectively. Results: The P, E, N scores of EPQ subscale were higher in injury group than that in control group and there were significant differences ( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01) ; the scores of L subscale were higher in control group than that in injury group and the differences were statistically significant( P 〈0.01 ). The six factors of hyperactivity, aggression, disobeying of discipline, anxiety and social withdrawal behavior appeared in boys and hyperactivity, aggression, disobeying of discipline, physical complaint, social withdrawal behavior and cruelness appeared in girls were higher in injury group than that in control group and there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: The school -aged children with accidental injuries have more problems of personality and behavior and it is a result of multiple factors. It is suggested that a full whole course psychological and behavioral intervention model should be established in order to improve the children health and quality of life.
