血液透析滤过治疗木通中毒并发急性肾衰竭7例疗效观察及护理

Clinical observation on the curative effect of hemodiafiltration in the treatment of patients with complicated acute renal failure caused by Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis poisoning and nursing care

目的:探讨血液透析滤过(HDF)治疗木通中毒并发急性肾衰竭的护理措施。方法:采用血液透析滤过的方法治疗木通中毒并发急性肾衰竭7例,并给予精心的护理。结果:6例木通中毒并发急性肾衰竭的患者痊愈出院;1例症状减轻,因经济原因自动出院。结论:血液透析滤过可以有效地治疗木通中毒并发急性肾衰竭。

Objective ： To explore the nursing measures in the treatment of complicated acute renal failure caused by Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis poisoning with hemodiafiltration （HDF）. Methods ： Hemodiafiltration was applied to 7 patients with complicated acute renal failure caused by Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis poisoning and the patients were given careful nursing care. Results： 6 patients were cured and discharged from hospital; the symptoms were relieved in one patient. Conclusion： Hemodiafiltration can effectively treat complicated acute renal failure caused by Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis poisoning
