我国城镇居民住房供应体系存在的问题及解决对策研究

城镇住房制度改革以来,我国城镇居民的平均居住条件得以改善,但城镇居民住房供应体系存在保障性住房供给不足、商品住房供给结构不合理、住房租赁市场不发达、住房价格偏高等问题,为此,提出完善住房市场化及住房保障制度建议,以完善我国城镇居民住房供应体系。

Since the reformation of urban housing system, average housing conditions ot urban resident m our country have improved,but there are still many problems in urban resident housing supply system, such as, welfare housing supply is short, commodity housing supply structure is not rational, housing rental market is not developed, housing price is slightly higher and so on. Therefore, puts forward suggestions to perfect housing marketization and housing safeguard system, so as to perfect urban resident housing supply system in our country in view of these problems.
