从展示我国当前的农民工社会政策执行现状入手,逐步分析了当前农民工社会政策"缺位"的深层原因,在此基础上,进一步分析了建构农民工社会政策的对策与建议,提出应当通过社会政策来加强对农民工群体的社会保护,排除社会歧视,将农民工纳入社会保障体系,生存权与发展权保护并重,切实维护农民工群体在城市中的各项合法权益。
