协同理论认为,外界力量对系统中各要素施加影响达到一定程度时,系统内的要素会呈现出协调的态势,达到一种有序状态,从而更好地发挥系统的作用。思想政治理论课的协同性与实效性,一是要在教学中充分发挥学校、教师、学生等要素的作用;二是要正确处理好思想政治理论课各门课程之间的协同性,更好地发挥思想政治理论课的系统教育功能。

Synergistic theory suggests that the internal elements of the system will show the coordinated posture and achieve a kind of ordered state when the influence of external forces on every element extends to a certain degree, thereby the function of system can be brought into better play.
