摘要
随着中国对外旅游业的快速发展,作为跨文化交际的桥梁,旅游资料英文翻译的规范性越来越引起人们的重视。通过列举沈阳市旅游景区宣传资料英译中的语言和语用错误,以切斯特曼的翻译规范论为研究基础,指出翻译不规范现象主要是由于译者没有遵守责任规范,忽略了交际规范和关系规范,违背了目标语读者的期待等因素造成的。
With the rapid growth of foreign tourism industry in China, as a vehicle of international communication, the C - E translation norm of tourism publicity material has been attached more and more importance. By enumerating the linguistic and pragmatic errors in C - E translation of the tourism publicity materials in scenic spots of Shenyang, taking Chsterman's Theory of Translational Norms as basis,points out nonstandard C- E translation mainly results from these factors:translator does not observe responsibility norm, ignore the communication norm and relation norm, act counter to the reader' s expectation of object language and so on.
