摘要
研究了中频感应加热工件温度智能控制问题。运用神经网络自学习控制解决温度优化控制问题。采用阶跃响应数据构成辨识感应加热对象的网络训练模式。确定了对象仿真器网络及控制器网络结构。设计制作了温度智能控制系统。经多种现场实验 。
The intelligent control of the temperature of the workpiece in inductive heating is researched.The optimal control for the temperature is achieved by using self learning control based on a neural network.The training pattern for identifying the process object is obtained from the step response.The structure of the network is determined for the object emulator and the controller.The intelligent control system of the temperature is devised and completed.The field experiment is performed and the result is given.
