摘要
提出的IGBT通用变频电源 ,已完成了实用化和系列化。详述了该装置的主电路 ,控制系统结构 ,以及擎住效应 ,变压器偏磁的抑制方法。给出了控制电路、驱动电路。
The general inverter using IGBTs is presented,of which the practice and series have been realized. The structure of the main circuit and control system as well as the suppression methods of the latch up effect and biase of transformer are discussed in detail.The design scheme of control circuit,drive circuit and protection circuit are described.Mainly technical criterions of simple phase 4kW inverter are given.
