摘要
对 1MW大功率GTO直流斩波器的缓冲器、门极驱动器及保护系统进行了探索 。
In this paper,the snubber,gate driver circuit and protecting system of the 1MW high power GTO DC chopper are researched.The transient process of GTO DC chopper is simulated by EMTP under the condition of nuclear fusion load.
