摘要
通过恒电流阳极失重法,扫描电镜观察和腐蚀电阻测定,研究了秘对Pb—Ca—Sn—Al合金耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在0.0025w%~0.0648w%范围内,随着铋含量增加,合金耐蚀性能提高,腐蚀更为均匀,腐蚀层与基体金属之间断裂减少。
The effects of bismuth on the corrosion behavior of Pb - Ca alloys were investigated by constant current anodic polarization SEM observation and corrosion resistance determination. The results showed that corrosion resistances of Pb - Ca alloys were increased with the increase of the bismuth content in the range 0. 0025w%~0. 0648w%. At the same time,the degree of homogeneity of attack was improved and cracks decreased.
