摘要 提出了与动态优化调度协调的需求侧管理(DSM),就如何进行动态削峰和坡度调度进行了研究;提出了协调动态调度的“自下而上满瓶颈值”的坡度调度策略,阐述了DSM与动态调度协调对系统安全、经济运行和优质电力服务的作用。 In order to realize dynamic optimal dispatch,this paper puts forword dynamic peak leveling and steep moderating with the aid of DSM.The former assists to maintain dynamically supply demand balance, and the latter helps to solve contradiction between units' response capability and dynamic load.Based on the method of load bottleneck analysis,this paper proposes “from bottom to top” and full bottleneck adjusting method to coordinate dynamic optimal dispatch.It shows DSM's positive role on power system's high quality and economy.
