高校科技创新中的知识产权文化生态环境

On the Construction of Ecological Environment of Intellectual Property Culture in University Science and Technology Innovation

知识产权文化本质上是一种创新文化,它与科技创新之间构成互动的生态系统。但是,目前我国多数高校还没有形成知识产权保护与管理的良好环境,广大教师的知识产权意识淡薄,知识产权文化氛围缺失严重。因此,应当大力推动高校知识产权人才培养和培训,加强高校知识产权宣传与普及,建立高校知识产权与技术转移管理者协会,营建高校科技创新中的知识产权文化生态环境。

Intellectual property culture is essentially a kind of innovation culture. Together with science and technology innovation, they form an interactive ecological system. However, there are some problems about intellectual property culture in most universities like having not formed a favorable environment of intellectual property protection and management： facuhy＇s weak awareness of intellectual property and serious lack of intellectual property culture atmo- sphere. Based on the above problems, the paper gives some useful suggestions： such as improving greatly the culti- vation and training of intellectual property talents; enhancing the publicity and popularity of intellectual property in universities ; establishing ecological environment of managerial associations of intellectual property and technology transfer and constructing the intellectual property culture in university science and technology innovation.
