摘要 针对协调控制系统缺陷,提出PTn模块采用分段、变参数控制,负荷指令前馈信号采用PD控制规律实现微分时间和强度变参数控制,主蒸汽压力控制器实现积分分段、微分时间和强度变参数控制,在磨煤机一次风量设定值控制回路上引入负荷指令的微分前馈信号等改进措施,大大改善了协调控制系统调节品质,提高了协调控制系统对外界负荷的响应能力和升、降负荷速率,有效抑制了主蒸汽压力的超调,扩大了协调的投运范围。 In view of the defects of coordinated control system, to employ sectionalized, variable parameter control for PTn module and to employ PD control regularity for feedforward signal of load command are put forward to realize derivative time and variable parameter control of strength, and to realize sectionalized integral, derivative time and variable parameter control of strength for main steam pressure controller, and into the control circuit of primary air setting value of pulverizer, the differential feedforward signal of load command is introduced. All thesemeasures improve greatly the regulation quality of coordinated control system, raise the response capability of coordinated control system to external load and load running up and down rates, effectively controlling over regulation of main steam pressure and enhancing comminssioning range of coordination.
