摘要
本文在分析我国应用型人才培养中存在问题的基础上,以我校电类专业实践教学环节的教学改革和研究为例,力图探索应用型本科专业人才培养的有效途径和方法,构建能有效训练学生分析、设计、应用、创新能力的实践性教学体系。
Based on the analysis of problems in the cultivation of applied talents in China, and taking the teaching reform and research on practice teaching in electricity specialties for instance, the paper aims to explore the effective ways and means of training applied undergraduate professionals and to build a practical teaching system which can effectively cultivate students' abilities of analysis, design, application and innovation.
