摘要
本文从作者、学科、导师等主要影响因素出发,对1999至2008年间工学门类357篇全国优秀博士学位论文作分析,探讨了工学门类全国优秀博士学位论文产出机制及影响因素,进而以此为视角剖析了提高工学博士培养质量问题,以期为培养高层次、创新性工科人才提供借鉴。
With the concern of main influencing factors as author, subject, and supervisor, this paper discusses the pro- ducing mechanism and influencing factors of national excellent Engineering doctors' dissertations through the analysis of 357 national excellent engineering doctors' dissertations from 1999 to 2008. From this perspective, the paper analyses how to promote the quality of Doctoral Students'education in Engineering. In this way, it can provide reference to cultivate high Level and creative engineering talents.
