摘要
针对长壁工作面液压支架电液控制系统在工作现场不易进行调试开发的问题,研究了一种半实物实时仿真方法。使用VC结合3DMAX、OpenGL编制仿真软件,与控制器通信,实现了液压支架的三维运动实时仿真。介绍了该半实物仿真系统的具体实现过程,并对仿真中的关键问题——液压支架的运动控制做了较详细的讨论。该方法对液压支架的运动仿真、虚拟现实、交互式教学等都有很好的借鉴意义。
A semi-physical real-time simulation method is presented to solve the problem that it is not easy to develop and debug the eleetro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic supports for the longwall face on site. Through communication with the controller, connecting VC with the simulation software of 3DMAX and OpenGL realizes a real-time 3D motion simulation of hydraulic supports. This paper introduces the specific implementation process of this semi-physical simulation and discusses the key issue on the simulation in detail: the motion control of hydraulic supports. This research provides the certain reference for motion simulation, virtual reality,reciprocal teaching and so on.
