摘要
论述了北仑电厂二期工程3×600MW仪控系统的初步设计。其中包括DCS的功能指标、I/O点数、人机界面、就地仪控设备技术要求及机炉及其辅机的控制装置等。根据一期工程合同谈判的经验教训及计算机、仪控技术的不断发展,在本期合同过谈判过程中,提出了使用最新的技术和元件,尽可能使二期工程的仪控系统达到当前最高水平。如DCS的MF处理器以最新的MFP03代替投标时的MFP01和MFP02;将OIS42升级为OIS43;INFI-90系统初始组态的硬件抗干扰指标不能满足合同的要求,为此向Bailey公司提出了进行DCS抗干扰试验,并对硬件组态作了改进,使抗干扰指标满足了合同要求。
Primary design of 300 MW metering and control system in Beilun Phase 2 Project is mentioned,which includes function index,points of I/O,man machine interface,technical demands on locally metering and control instruments,and the control equipment of turbo generators,coilers,and their accessories etal.Basded on the experience or lessons from contract negotiation in Phase l Project,and with the development of both the computer Tech.and the metering and control Tech.,the application of up to date technology and component is raised in Phase 2 Project contract negotiation in order to come up to the advanced level,eg,substituting the DCS MF processors of MFP01 and MFP02 for MFP03;upgrading the OIS42 to OIS43;claimming Bailey Co.for anti interference test and improving the hardware configuration to let the anti interference index of the hardware of intial configuration of INFI 90 system to meet the contract demands.
