某褐铁矿强磁—反浮选选矿试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental research on the high-intensity magnetic separation and reverse flotation for a limonite mineral

摘要 某地铁矿石中主要铁矿物为褐铁矿和赤铁矿,脉石矿物主要为石英、黑云母和方解石等矿物,结合该矿石的性质和特点以及我国目前选矿技术发展的现状,采用了强磁—反浮选的方案进行分选试验。结果表明,在原矿铁品位为41.85%的情况下,可获得铁精矿品位52.25%和回收率64.80%的良好技术指标。 The main iron minerals of an iron mine are of limonite and hematite. And the main gangue minerals are of quartz, biotite and calcite. Based on the properties and specialities of the iron ore and as well the developed condition of ore dressing technology in China, a separation trial is made by adopting a process of high-intensity magnetic separation (HIMS) and reverse flotation. The results show that a ferrous concentrate with a iron content of 52.25% can be extracted at a recovery of 64.80% from a raw ferrous ore of 41.85% iron, which shows rather good metallurgical performance.
