摘要
介绍了物料粒度精确分级筛的结构及工作原理,分析了分级筛双轴直线振动时的动力学特性。根据生产实际,把其简化为具有5个自由度的弹簧质量系统,建立其动力学模型运动轨迹方程,通过计算机仿真得出不同点的运动轨迹,仿真数据与现场实测结果相吻合,验证了动力学模型的正确性。
The structure and working principle of the sizing screen for accurately classifying the materials size are introduced. The dynamic properties of the 2-axis linear vibration are analyzed.In accordance with the actual production, these properties are simplified to a spring mass system with five degrees of freedom. The trajectory equation of the dynamics modeling is established. The trajectories at different points are obtained through the computer simulation. The simulated data is consistent with the site testing results, so the correctness of the dynamics model is verified.
