摘要
动态心电的广泛应用导致海量心电数据的产生,为了传输和存储的高效实现,必须对其进行压缩。本文在详细分析心电信号的可压缩特性基础上,将稀疏分解这一目前数据压缩算法领域较为前沿的方法引入到心电信号压缩算法中,提出了一种基于稀疏过完备库分解的心电数据压缩算法,该算法能够在较低的数据失真度情况下得到较好的数据压缩效果。同时,通过将本算法的实验数据同相关文献中提到的方法进行对比,其结果验证了本文算法的有效性。
With the widely applying of Holtor monitoring system,large quantity of ECG data have been made everyday, which brings the issues for signals' transportation and storage. In this paper the compressibility of ECG signals was analyzed detailedly, and a new data compression method was introduced to the ECG compression algorithm which is based on the conclusion of former analysis in this article and the application of the sparse decomposition. The experimental results show that the method of this article can effeetually improve the compression ratio. At the same time, the paper also compares the algorithm's efficiency with others, which also shows the superiority of this method.
