摘要
目的观察人乳腺癌组织血小板活化因子(PAF)的表达。方法应用免疫组织化学染色检测PAF在10例晚期乳腺癌及其癌旁正常组织中的分布和逆转录一聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)分析PAF受体mRNA表达水平。结果90%(9/10)的乳腺癌组织中PAF受体mRNA和PAF表达增强,而癌旁组织中80%(8/10)PAF受体mRNA和PAF表达减少,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论中晚期乳腺癌中PAF表达增强,可能在乳腺癌的发病过程中发挥作用。
Objective To investigate mammalian target of platelet-activating factor(PAF) gene expressions in human breast cancer. Methods The samples were obtained from 10 cases with human breast cancer specimens. Immunohistochemical analysis and Semi-quantitative RT-PCR strategies were used for analyzing the PAF positive-staining and PAF acceptor mRNA expression in 10 samples and adjacent noncanerous tissues. Results PAF positive-staining and PAF acceptor mRNA were detected in 90 % of human breast cancer and in of 20% adjacent noncanerous tissues (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion PAF elevation might be in human breast cancer. PAF may play a role in the pathogenesis of haman breast cancer.
