老年雌鼠膀胱功能障碍与雌激素及一氧化氮的关系 被引量:2

摘要 一氧化氮(NO)作为一种神经递质和信号传导分子,通过与其他神经递质及激素的相互作用,调节平滑肌舒张。NO由其前体左旋精氨酸经一氧化氮合酶(NOS)催化产生,NOS分3种亚型:内皮型NOS(eNOS)、神经型NOS(nNOS)和诱生型NOS(iNOS)。我们通过观察不同雌激素水平下,
