对临床路径现象及其本质的分析

Analysis on phenomenon and its essence of clinical pathway

临床路径不是纯技术性的诊疗路径,首先是医院与医保公司围绕定额付费相互博弈的产物。定额付费的压力与消减过度医疗的觉悟,是医院推行临床路径的必备条件。不能透过现象发掘本质,很可能与美国的临床路径同名,但不是同一条路。

Clinical pathway is not only a pure diagnosis and treatment pathway. It is a product of game between hospital and medical insurance institute about fixed payment. The necessity conditions of implementing clinical pathway in hospital are the pressure of fixed paymenl and controlling medical service over use. If the phenomenon and its essence are not analyzed, the name of clinical pathway in China will be the same in USA, but the connotations are different.
