摘要
笔者以自己工作所在的具有140年历史的医院为蓝本,试图以医院文化为视角,对百年老院的可持续发展问题进行探讨,并对当前我国卫生体制改革大环境条件下,百年老院如何通过文化创新实现可持续发展提出了自己的一些看法。认为要从经验管理为主转变为科学管理;要积极汲取一切先进的新型的医院经营管理理念;坚持医院领导层推动,全员参与的原则;加强医院之间的文化交流,博采众长,丰富医院文化内涵。
Based on the status of a huspital has 140 years history., century old hospital' s sustainable development has been discussed in perspective of hospital culture. Under the environment of health care system refiorm in China, recommendations on century old hospital sustainable development by euhure innovation are mentioned. Experience based management should be Iransferred to scientific management. All the advanced management conception should be positively absorbed. The principle of hospital leader promotion and full participation should be assured. The communication of hospital culture between hospitals should be strengthened and hospital culture should be enriched.
