摘要
目前,在城市卫生事业发展中还存在着优质资源过分向大医院集中,社区卫生服务资源短缺、服务能力不强、市场信誉度不高、不能充分满足群众服务需求等问题。对此,北京大学首钢医院利用三级医院的综合优势,构建新型的组织体系、打造人才"双向流动"的管理机制、建立"双向转诊"的绿色通道、强化社区慢病防治能力,进行了三级医院与社区卫生服务一体化建制的实践与探索。

Peking University Shougang Hospital integraled community health center to establish new organization structure which included dual human resources flow and dual referral mechanism to slrengthen chronic diseases prevention capacity in health commnnity.enter. The integrated organizational structure between tertiary hospital and community heahh center was analyzed.
