Development of the bamboo carbon fiber knitted underwear fabric

介绍了竹炭纤维的性能和种类,包括黏胶型和涤纶型竹炭纤维。将蜂窝状微多孔的涤纶型竹炭纤维与棉纤维混纺,并以该混纺纱线和另外一种混纺纱线(棉与纽代尔)及氨纶交织生产双层结构针织内衣面料。阐述了混纺纱纺纱、织造、染整工艺和面料的性能指标。重点介绍了织造中所使用的原料配比、机器的参数、织物组织结构和编织过程中的技术要点以及染整工艺流程和染整过程中应注意的关键点,对竹炭纤维的产品开发与生产具有指导意义。

This paper introduces the properties and types of bamboo carbon fiber including the viscose type and polyester type.The honeycomb-like polyester typed bamboo fiber with many micro-pores is blended with the cotton fiber,and then one kind of doublelayer knitted underwear fabric is prepared by using this kind of bended fiber yarn,the other kind of blended fiber yarn(cotton/ Newdal) and the polyurethane yarn.Accordingly,this paper introduces the spinning,knitting and dyeing technology of this kind of blended yarn and analyzes the properties of the knitted fabrics.Furthermore,this paper also introduces the employed the content ratio of raw materials,set-up parameters of the machine,the knitted structures,the key points in the knitting process and the dyeing process as well as the related key points to be considered.The concluded results are important for the development and production of bamboo fiber related products.
