This paper introduces the applications ERP system in the factory in terms of sale and customer management,purchase and storage management,production and quality management,energy resource management,human resource and salary management, cost accounting and control,general manger's comprehensive query and assessment.In addition,this paper analyzes the key control points and optimization in implementing the ERP system,and discusses the function of the ERP system in the economical benefit and regenerating the enterprise work flow.It can be concluded that the ERP system can help a business improving management,fast speed response,economical benefit,business reputation and competitive power .
