高分子材料在血管外科的应用

1952年Cumberland等应用高分子材料修补人体腹壁疝获得成功〔1〕,以后相继应用于软组织缺损的补片,胸腹壁缺损的修复,人造心包膜,血液透析的管道等。理想的修复材料应无毒性、致敏性、致癌作用,不引起明显的炎症反应,能抗生物降解,抗感染,且具有足...
