摘要
蕨麻在我国分布广泛,具有很高的食用价值和保健功能,但目前无计划的采挖现象严重,对资源造成了严重破坏,本文综述了蕨麻的营养价值、资源情况、开发利用及其资源保护研究现状,提出加强资源保护和人工栽培的建议。
Potentilla anserina distributes abroad in China and it possesses higher nutritional value,edible value and health function.With the serious phenomenon of frantic picking,the resources of Potentilla anserina undergo the severely damaged.Nutritional ingredients,resources status,development and utilization and resources protection of Potentilla anserina were reviewed in this paper,some suggestions to strengthen resources protection and artificial cultivation were put forward.
