摘要
单缸液压圆锥破碎机在采矿领域使用广泛。但目前其控制方法基本采用手动,从而导致生产效率较低,能源浪费大。为解决这一问题,本文提出了一种对单缸液压圆锥破碎机进行自动控制的具体设计方案。方案中系统实现了排矿口的自动调整和主电机的恒功率控制,提高了设备的生产率和自动化水平。
Single cylinder hydraulic crushers have being used extensively in mining field. However, at present, the basic control method is hand-control method which lead low efficeency and high energy dissipation. To resolve this problem, a concrete project of automatic control has been proposed in this paper, the system in this project can regulate the ejectment's size automatically and control the main motor working with constant power ,therefore, it can improve the productivity and automatic class of the device.
