摘要
目的探讨矽肺和矽肺结核患者体内是否存在Th1/Th2失衡。方法选择69名矽肺和矽肺结核患者作为研究对象,另以24名健康人为对照,使用酶联免疫吸附试验对血清白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-10以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)进行检测和统计分析。结果矽肺和矽肺结核组血清TNF-α低于对照组,而血清IL-10和IL-4明显高于健康对照组。矽肺、矽肺结核组IL-4、IL-10以及TNF-α与健康对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论矽肺和矽肺结核患者机体细胞免疫功能低下,存在Th1反应减弱,Th2反应增强。
Objective To explore if there is an imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with silicosis and silico-tuberculosis. Methods The levels of IL-4, IL-10 and TNF-α in serum were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 69 patients with silicosis and silico-tuberculosis and in 24 healthy controls. The cytokine levels were compared and analyzed. Results In the group of patients with silicosis and silico-tuberculosis, the serum levels of TNF-α were lower, but those of IL-10, IL-4 were higher than the control. The differences between the groups of silicosis, silico-tuberculosis and control group were statistically significant. Conclusion The patients with silicosis and silico-tubereulosis have lower cellular immunological function,lower expression of Th1 and higher expression of Th2 cytokines.
