综合干预对实验性兔矽肺纤维化的实验研究 被引量:1

Study on comprehensive intervention to the fibrosis of experimental silicosis in rabbits

摘要 目的探讨综合干预治疗与单一药物治疗或肺泡灌洗治疗对矽肺纤维化的影响。方法选取150只健康雄性大耳白兔,随机分为5组:①正常对照组;②丹参药物治疗组;③生理氯化钠肺泡灌洗组;④综合治疗组;⑤尘肺对照组;各30只。通过对兔矽结节的计数、分级和计分,以及检测肺组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量的高低和肺的干重来判定综合干预治疗对兔矽肺肺纤维化的疗效。结果150只实验兔中,136只尘肺模型复制成功。60、120 d时第4组兔矽结节计数和分级以及肺组织Hyp含量及肺干重均明显低于2、3组,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论综合干预治疗矽肺肺纤维化比单一药物治疗或肺泡灌洗治疗效果更为理想。 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on silieotic fibrosis, and to find an effective therapy of silicotic fibrosis. Methods 150 healthy male rabbits were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, with 30 rabbits per group:a normal control (group 1 ), a therapeutic with Danshen solution injection (group 2), a alveolar lavage with normal saline ( group 3 ) , a comprehensive therapy ( group 4) and a silicosis control ( group 5 ). The curative effect of comprehensive intervention on silicotic fibrosis in rabbits was assessed by the counting, classification and score of the silicosis nodules in rabbits, the content of hydrooxyproline and the dried weight of the lungs. Results Among 150 rabbits, 136 rabbits were successfully reproduced the model of silicosis. At 60 and 120 days ,the counting and classification of the silicotic nodules in group 4 were significantly lower than those of group 2,3 ,while the content of hydrooxyproline and the dried weight of lung were remarkably different between group 4 and group 2 ( P 〈 0.05 ), group 4 and group 3 ( P 〈 0.01 ) respectively. Conclusion The therapy of comprehensive intervention on silicotic fibrosis in rabbit was more effective than that of single Danshen solution or alveolar lavage.
