摘要 运用文献资料法,探讨运动对骨量的影响,其中重点讨论了不同运动方式对青少年和中老年人骨量影响的结果,并提出有效增加骨量的运动方式,为进一步研究运动对增加骨量的影响提供理论依据。 By using the documents,this paper probes the different exercise influences the bone mass of callan and middleelderly,and put forward some exercise ways to availably increase bone mass;so as to provide some academic basis for the study of exercise increasing bone mass.
