摘要 谷氨酰胺(Glutamine,Gln)是人体内非常重要的条件性必需氨基酸,它对人体的运动能力和免疫功能均有着重要的影响。本文在介绍Gln的代谢及其生理作用的基础上,对国内外关于运动对Gln代谢、免疫功能的影响以及外源性补充Gln对运动能力和免疫功能的影响的文章进行综述,旨在更深入地了解谷氨酰胺与运动和免疫的关系,使之更好地为运动实践服务。 Glutamine (Gin) is the very important conditional essential amino in human body, it has an important influence to people's exercise capacity and the immunologic function.At the basis of the metabolism and physiological action of gin the paper summarized articles about the influence of exercise to gln metabolism and immunologic function. At the same time, the paper also summarized articles about the influence of gin supplementation to exercise and immunity. All what we do is for a better understanding of the relationship among glutamine,exereise and immunity to make it serve well for human's exercise.
