摘要 目的:通过对在校大学生饮料摄入状况的调查,了解其补充水的方式、饮料摄入的结构、性别差异、摄入习惯以及对摄入饮料的认知情况。结果:大学生日常饮用水的学生比例占到了70%;在对饮料的认知方面存在偏差,只有20%的学生知道饮料可能对身体造成的危害。结论:大学生饮料摄入的类别比例、摄入习惯等方面基本合理,但忽视了饮料对健康的影响。建议:大学生在日常补水时尽可能饮用开水,并把握饮用的量和时间。 In order to learn the undergraduates ' ingestion of beverage, we investigated their ways of water supplement, ingestion structure of beverage, difference of sex, habits and cognitions on beverages, etc.; and found it was reasonable in their ingestion of category, proportion and habits, but there were some bias in cognition on beverage in their mind, only 20% of them knew the beverage might be harmful to their health. So, we suggest they not only drink boiled water cvery day, but also control the quantity and time.
