The authors of the paper analyszed the clinical 、pathologic and X ray signs of One hundred and eight cases of peripheral lung cancer.The dignostic accuracy on the chest ilm was 75% and that on the CT was 90%.In the paper, the authors also analyszed X ray signs and the causes of missed diagnosis.At the same tim e,CT clinical volue was emphasized in diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.
