CT Diagnosis of the Maxillary Sinus Papilloma ——an Analysis of 15 Cases

本文报道１５例经手术病理证实的上颌窦乳头状瘤，主要症状为单侧性鼻塞和鼻衄。此病好发于一侧上颌窦，病理按发生部位分为二型：内翻型和外翻型。ＣＴ表现为融合结节样“蜂窝征”和上颌窦内侧骨壁破坏。

proved cases of the maxillary sinus papilloma were reported in this paper.The main symptom was nose obstructed and nosebleed.The disease may be divided into 2 types on pathology:inverted papilloma and extroverted papilloma.“Honeycomb” sign and the bone distructed of maxillary were characteristic CT findings.The aim of this paper is discussing CT diagnosis and differetion of the maxillary sinus papilloma.
