摘要 依据商住楼建筑以及火灾的特点,在借鉴了国内外建筑火灾风险评估指标体系的相关研究基础上,建立了层次分析评价指标体系,并通过专家评分法分别确定了各指标权重和各风险因素的赋值,得出了综合风险分值,并由此划分火灾风险等级。最后,以具体实例进行了应用分析,并确定了保险费基本费率的大小。 In the paper a fire risk evaluation system of commercial-residential occupancies is set up on the basis of analyzing fire features and related researches at home and abroad. The weight of each element is determined by use of AHP method, which makes the weight more scientific and reasonable and better reflect the importance of various elements in the safety system of a building. Each mark of an element is given by experts scoring, by which the final comprehensive mark is got and a fire risk rank can be divided, then fire insurance rate can be made. Finally a real building is taken as an engineering example, fire insurance rate is made on the basis of fire risk evaluation by the method studied above.
