流体套管温度计测温原理及其测量误差的分析

摘要 从传热学角度分析套管温度计测量流体温度的物理模型,并阐述了其测温基本原理。通过实验数据和计算结果定量分析了该方法引起的测量误差的大小,探讨了产生测量误差的可能原因及影响误差大小的具体参数,总结出减小测温误差的基本途径和具体措施,对工程实际中提高测量精度有良好的效果。 A physical model for measuring temperature of fluid by thermometer with Metal - tube is analyzed from heat transfer and its basic principle of measurement illustrated. Through experimental data and calculating results this paper analyses the error magnitude resulted from the method of measuring temperature of fluid by thermometer with Metal - tube. Then, it probes into the possible reasons of engendering measure error and practical parameter which affect the error. Finally, the basic approach and measures of decreasing error are offered, which have a good effect on improving measure accuracy in engineering practicality.
