摘要
为了探索人工栽培苔藓植物技术,初步研究了不同浓度的2,4-D、NAA、KT、GA34种植物生长调节剂对大灰藓、大羽藓、金发藓3种藓类植物生长的影响。结果表明,不高于25 mg/L 2,4-D促进3种苔藓新生枝的伸长,对3种苔藓均存在超最适浓度的抑制作用;GA3对大羽藓表现不存在超最适浓度的抑制作用,25 mg/L GA3促使金发藓假根生芽;KT对大羽藓、金发藓的生长不发挥作用;NAA对大羽藓的生长有显著促进作用,10 mg/L NAA对金发藓生长有显著促进作用,高于100 mg/L NAA抑制其生长;其中大灰藓在无任何生长调节剂时生长最好。
Three mosses of Hypnum plumaeforme, Thuidium cymbi folium, Polytrichum commune were treated by different concentrations of 2,4-D, NAA, KT and GA3 to study the effect on their growth for probing the artificial cultivation technique of mosses. The results showed that less than 25 mg/L 2,4-D could promote elongation of new shoots of three mosses, but the super-optimum concentration of 2,4-D inhibited their growth, the all tested GA3 concentrations had no inhibition effect on growth of Thuidium cymbifolium and 25 mg/L GA3 could promote rhizoid buds of Polytrichum commune, KT had no effect on growth of Thuidium cymbifolium and Polytrichum commune, NAA could significantly promote growth of Thuidium cymbifolium, and 10mg/L NAA significantly promote growth of Polytrichum commune but more than 100 mg/L NAA inhibited growth of Polytrichum commune. The growth of Hypnum plumaeforme without applying any plant growth regulator was the best.
