摘要
为了解奶牛场环境中蚊蝇体内携带细菌的情况,从贵阳市4个规模化奶牛场采集蚊子和苍蝇各34只进行细菌的分离与鉴定。结果表明:从21只蚊子和33只苍蝇体内分离到细菌,检出率分别为61.76%和97.1%;在分离的53株细菌中,鉴定为大肠埃希氏菌的有5株、克雷伯氏菌3株、志贺氏菌4株、肠杆菌1株、表皮葡萄球菌6株、腐生葡萄球菌2株和未定种32株。结果可为奶牛场细菌性疾病的综合防治提供科学数据。
To study the bacteria carried by mosquitoes and flies in diary cow farm, 34 mosquitoes and flies were collected respectively from 4 large-scale dairy farms in Guiyang city. The results showed that bacteria were isolated from 21 mosquitoes and 33 flies, with detection rates 61.76% and 97.1%. 5 strains of E. coli, 3 strains of Lebsiella, 4 strains of Shigella, 1 strain of Enterobacteriaceae, 6 strains of Staphylococcus epiderrnidis, 2 strains of Staphylococcus saprophyticus and 32 undetermined species were identified in the 53 strains of bacteria. The study could provide a scientific reference for bacteriosis integrated control in dairy farms.
