摘要
为找出绿肥节能干燥方法,给地方绿肥干草的节能优质生产提供一套技术,开展了不同处理方法对绿肥干草制备效果的影响试验。结果表明:绿肥直接晒干需要的干制时间长,营养物质损失量大;直接烘干耗能多,成本高,在农村不易推广;采取绿肥晒-烘结合法可以减少加热燃料的消耗,干草的营养物质损失量少,可以在广大农村推广;挤压除水烘干法制干绿肥节能效果最好,得到的干草成色好,但需要配套挤压机械,适合在牧草干制加工企业使用,若能配套挤压汁液的浓缩利用,效果更好。
The different preparation methods were tested in dry grass preparation from fresh green manure crop to provide a set of technique with energy-saving for production of dry grass preparation from fresh green manure crop. The results showed that the sun-drying+oven drying method with energy-saving and lower nutrition loss of dry grass could be easily popularized in rural areas. The method of removing water by a squeezer and oven drying with the better energy-saving effect and higher quality of dry grass is suitable to utilization in processing enterprises of forage grass. The method of removing water by a squeezer and oven drying combined with concentrating utilization of squeezed juices from fresh green manure crops is of the best energy-saving effect and economic benefit.
