摘要
孕37周以上、宫颈成熟不全的妇女67例，给药前Bishop评分低于2～4分；每日静脉推注硫酸去氢表雄酮200mg，qd，连用3d。结果：总有效率为94．0％（对照组为56．7％），未见明显的不良反应，表明DHAS为一有效促宫颈成熟剂。
Sixty-seven pregnant women after 37 weeks' gestation were treated with dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHAS, 200 mg×3). The condition of the uterine cervices were assessed by Bishop scoring before and after treatment. Before treatment all the women had a score less than or equal 2 ～4. The total response rates were found to be 94. 0% for DHAS group and 56. 7% for control group. No side-effects was observed. DHAS is potent to promote cervical ripening in term pregnancy.
