摘要
通过现场摆式摩擦因数试验、层间剪切试验、扭力试验、拉拔力试验,探讨了贫混凝土基层上铺筑水泥混凝土面层时采用蜡制养护剂新材料作隔离层的作用机理、隔离效果等;同时依据蜡制养护剂养护隔离要求,参照各国有关标准、文献和所进行的有关试验,提出了蜡制养护剂作养护隔离时的材料要求。结果表明:在一定条件下,贫混凝土基层与混凝土面层间喷洒蜡制养护剂可有效降低层间粘结作用和减少层间摩擦力,采用蜡制养护剂隔离是一种比较经济、技术可行的隔离方法。
Authors explored the mechanism of using emulsion wax curing agent as separation layer to break the bond between cement concrete pavement slabs and lean cement bases and discussed its separation effectiveness via a series of tests,such as swinging friction coefficient tests,shear tests between layers,torsion tests and pulling tests.The material requirements for emulsion wax curing agent used as separation layer were set under the relevant standard,literature at home and abroad and the results of the tests conducted in the paper.The results indicate that emulsion wax curing agents sprayed between cement concrete pavement slabs and lean cement bases are able to effectively reduce the bond between layers and the shear between layers under given circumstances.Using emulsion wax curing agent as separation layer of pavements is cost-efficient and feasible method.
