Analysis Of The Calculation About Pressure Vessel Safety Valve

在压力容器设计中,为了容器的使用安全,经常涉及到超压泄放的计算问题,而GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》附录B和《压力容器安全技术监察规程》附件五中,关于安全阀的一般规定及计算公式中符号的定义又不尽相同。为了便于理解,本文对其繁琐的计算进行了归纳和整理,并对安全阀计算中的部分难点问题进行了简单的解析。

In the process of pressure vessels＇ designing, the calculation of discharge pressure was often involved for the safety. It has the distinction about the definition of the safety valve and the calculation＇ symbols in the GB150-1998〈Stecl Pressure Vessels〉 ＇s appendix B and 〈The Monitor Procedures Of The Pressure Vessel Safety Technology〉 ＇s appendix V. The cumbersome calculation are summarized and classificated in order to understanding, and also some problems was analysed about the safety valve＇s calculation.
