Ｎ－甲基－Ｄ－天门冬氨酸（ＮＭＤＡ）受体甘氨酸位点拮抗剂是一类非常重要的中枢神经系统药物。本文综述了近年来国外文献报道较多的几类ＮＭＤＡ受体甘氨酸位点拮抗剂。

In this review we summerize the progress in the NMethylDAspartate receptor glycine site antagonists in the past few years.Eight kinds of potent antagonists including pyrrolidine derivatives,kynurenic analogues,2carboxytetrahydroquinoline derivatives,quinoxaline derivatives,1,2,3,4tetrahydroquinoline2,3,4trione 3oximes,2quinoline derivatives,2carboxyindole derivatives and kynurenines are described.
