The article expounds the application of 80C51F005 micro-controller to a new type of Microwave Treatment Apparatus of Tumor. 80C51F005 advanced the Treatment Apparatus such as intelligent control, LCD display borrowings into Chinese, friendly Human-Computer-Interface, steady output power and also adjustable. The apparatus has lots of merits, such as minimally invasive, good curative effect, scarcely syndrome and so on., and it supplies the security and controllable in the Surgery.
