摘要 目的建立新护士规范化培训体系,探讨培训体系实施的效果。方法99名新护士作为培训对象,对培训计划完成情况及培训效果进行考核。结果新护士毕业后1年,理论和操作技能培训完成率为100%(99/99);疑难危重患者的护理查房、会诊和病例讨论完成率为100%(99/99);轮科培训完成率为83.84%(83/99);岗前培训考核合格率为100%(99/99);季度考核合格率为98.99%(98/99);转正前综合考核合格率为100%(99/99);注册考试合格率为97.98%(97/99)。结论新护士规范化培训体系的制定与实施,对新护士尽快成为合格的临床护士有积极的作用,是稳定护理队伍、促进护理人员持续提高的重要措施。 Objective To establish a standardized training system for new nurses and to explore the effects of the implementation of the training system. Methods Ninety-nine new nurses were enrolled in the research as the training targets which were evaluated on the training completion and effects. Results After one year of graduation, the completion rate of the new nurses on nursing theory and operating skills training was 100% (99/99). The completion rate of wardround,case consultation and discussion on difficult and critical patients was 100% (99/99). The completion rate of round training of the division,the passing rate of pre-post training,the passing rate of the quarter examination, the pre-regularized comprehensive appraisal rate, the passing rate of registration examination were 83. 84% (83/99), 100% (99/99), 98. 99% (98/99), 100%(99/99) ,97.98% (97/99),respectively. Conclusion The establishment of implementation of the standardized training for new nurses has a positive effects on qualified nurses' training and serves as the bases for the stability and sustainable development of the nursing staff.
