盐酸环丙沙星制剂中细菌数检测方法的探讨

Study on the Detection of Sum of Bacteria Contaminated in Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride

采用离心沉淀或薄膜过滤等灭活方法，通过加菌对比计算盐酸环丙沙星中的细菌数回收率，进一步证明了盐酸环丙沙星由于其强抗菌的作用。

A study on calculating the analytical recoveries of bacteria added to ciprofloxacin hydrochloride was made,in which several pretreatment methods such as centrifugal sediment,or film filtering were used to inactive ciprofloxacin hydrochloride.The results shown that we have not found an appropriate method to detect the sum of bacteria contaminated in ciprofloxacin hydrochloride because of its strong anti bacteria action.
