摘要
通过综合运用内部审核、管理评审、数据分析等多种渐进式持续改进方式,以及将《血站质量管理规范》、《血站实验室质量管理规范》与ISO/IEC17025:2005质量管理体系进行整合和引入新方法、新项目等突破性改进方式,对质量管理持续改进进行了探索。经过2年多的实践,取得了显著成效,确保了无偿献血工作的可持续发展。
We researched on continuing improvement of quality management through using inner - auditing, management appraisement, data analysis and kinds of modes, integrating the " Quality Management Criterion in Blood Bank" and " Quality Management Criterion in Blood Bank Laboratory" with ISO/IEC17025 : 2005 Quality Management System, importing new methods and new projects, etc. After two years practice, we achieved obvious effect and ensured continuing improvement of Blood Donation without Repayment.
